Our story

Founded in a San Francisco apartment in 2000, One Technologies made its home in Dallas in 2003. What began as a lead generation company quickly evolved, and by 2006, we had set our sights on the consumer credit industry. From day one, we have invested wholeheartedly in our core strengths: advanced technology, data-driven analytics, and—most importantly—our people. These strengths have always guided us in delivering meaningful value to our customers.

In 2008, we launched our first consumer products, MyCreditHealth® and ScoreSense®, alongside live customer care and credit specialists to deliver a personalized experience. By 2010, ScoreSense had a powerful, user-friendly platform that provided consumers with a clear understanding of their credit.

Today, our team has grown to over 100 dedicated professionals, including several original team members whose commitment and passion continue to fuel our mission. Together, we uphold One Technologies’ founding vision: harnessing cutting-edge technology, analytics, and exceptional customer experience to make a real difference for the people we serve.

Todd Waletzki

Chief Executive Officer

Todd joined OT in 2023 with over 30 years of experience leading businesses in Financial Services, Internet, Telephony, and Payroll Outsourcing. He is passionate about employee development and customer satisfaction. Todd holds an economics degree from Bemidji State and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He enjoys music and traveling with his family.

Mike Jeon

Chief Financial Officer

Mike became CFO of One Technologies in 2025 after leading finance at companies such as GoodRx, Match.com, and Yahoo. He holds degrees from Columbia and UCLA Anderson. In his free time, he enjoys tennis and live concerts.

Carlos Medina

Chief Operating Officer

Carlos became COO at One Technologies in 2024, after roles in business development and operations. Previously, he held senior positions at Experian and IBM. Outside work, he enjoys the outdoors, riding his Harley, and following Real Madrid.

Fred Loeber

 SVP, General Counsel

Fred graduated from the University of Texas School of Law. Before joining One Technologies, he built business and legal skills at American Airlines, Blockbuster, and Match.com. He joined One Tech to help guide the company through online marketing challenges. Outside work, he enjoys family time at White Rock Lake and the Dallas Children’s Theater.
